To all who enter this sacred space, we wish the receiving of the Light of Divine Presence, to bless you, and those near you, and strengthen for all good service, in Faith, Hope, and Love.
Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

Spiritual Teaching
Fa-yen, a Zen Buddhist teacher, overheard four monks arguing about subjectivity and objectivity. He joined in, saying: "There is a big stone. Do you consider it to be inside or outside your mind?"
One of the monks replied, "From the Buddhist viewpoint, everything is a projection of mind; so, I would say that the stone is inside my mind."
"Your head must feel very heavy," observed Fa-yen, "if you are carrying around a stone like that in your mind."
Religious and spiritual ideas can often become impractical. One challenge is to admit we know very little, and that is enough to live a life of blessing in this World, a life of compassion and graciousness toward all life forms.
